1. The contract will normally be for a period of one year at the rates agreed between the parties. It will automatically renew if not specifically revoked by giving one month or payment in lieu of it by either side.
2. We will provide necessary security personal who will work in three-shift system round the clock.
3. Our security guard will be on rolls and we will be responsible for payment and maintenance of wages records overtime, EPF, ESIC, leave salary, bonus, gratuity, uniform renewal and other benefits.
4. The bills will be given by fourth every month and are to be strictly paid within 4days of submission.
5. Our security guard will be under our direct control and supervision but the carry out the work allotted to them by the stand orders of the esteemed concern. They will also obey all reasonable and lawful order/instruction given by the respective executive of the principal employer.
6. Our security guard will not be offered any private employment by you, nor shall they be recruited by your employee or security guard during or after the contract period until one year.
7. In case of theft, pilferage etc., we will undertake thorough investigation in liaison with police and allied authorities after clearance from your side and if it should prove in investigation that it was due to careless negligence of our security guard on duty, we would co-operate with the authorities in taking legal action against the defaulters.
